We recently purchased a car from a second hand car Dealer, the car started to display a few faults as soon as we picked it up that weren't apparent during the test drive. (Internal heater not working etc.)

The Dealer is agreeing to repair the faults but I'm now worried that with the type of faults it's displaying they may keep happening and the car isn't worth the money we paid for it.

What legal rights, if any, do we have for getting our money back? We purchased the car a week ago and it's spent most of the timeback at the Dealers being fixed.

Yes I tried the AI info before posting, haven't found anything from the internet either. I think I may try to speak to a lawyer to find out the facts and wherev we stand, thanks for the reply....
